  • Renovation, Decoration & Furnishing

You invite us to view your space. We note the dimensions of the rooms and exterior spaces (if there are any) and, depending on your property's surroundings, we propose renovation solutions to showcase and enhance its value and style! We propose appropriate furniture and lay out and offer advice on how to best showcase your property. Everything is designed and set in motion together with you and based on your requirements!

  • Property listing

We create, process and enhance your listings with Airbnb® and other property rental portals (9flats, Homeaway). 
We handle all financial matters and promptly deposit the money into your account.

  • Professional photographs of your property

We work with professional photographers who can showcase your property’s interior and exterior spaces, and all its amenities in the best light. Prospective guests use photographs as one of the most important criteria to choose a property. Make sure yours is chosen!

  • Check in / Check out

How guests are welcomed sets the tone to their stay! We will meet guests and deliver the keys to the house. Guests have demands throughout their stay at your house. We will answer all their questions and meet their needs in order to secure their 5-star rating! Upon their departure, we will collect the keys and check the property for damage.

  • Cleaning & Replenishing consumables

We provide cleaning services for your house, coordinating the cleaning crew that visits your property after guest departure, so that it is always impeccable.
We provide a bed linen and used towel laundry service and provide clean sets ready for your next booking. We also ensure that consumables are replenished.

  • Full maintenance

We provide immediate support for any problem that occurs in terms of wear and tear to materials and facilities, and coordinate bringing in the required technical team after notifying you and agreeing how any damage should be repaired.

  • 24/7 availability

We deal with guest inquiries around the clock. We respond to all requests immediately and communicate with guests during bookings, check in/check out as well as during their stay, for a seamless and pleasant hospitality experience.

  • Communication with the landlord

We provide support and consulting on how to improve your space and notify you on reservations, earnings and the condition of your property.

Pricing policy

From 10% to 35% per booking.

As every property has its own particular features and every landlord different requirement, our pricing model is based on the services package that we will design jointly with you.
