PROVISION OF GENERAL CARE SERVICE - HOUSEHOLD MAINTENANCE

First of all we'll do what you need for your home and garden when you're away!

BASIC PACKAGE OF SERVICES

• PERIODICAL REGULATORY CHECK
  According to our basic Services, a check of the internal and external areas of the house will be carried out, with emphasis on the control of any electrical or hydraulic problems, moisture, garden, etc. We will also check all the pre-agreed selected works. (Daily, weekly or monthly checks can be agreed as an option).
• CHECKS AFTER FOUL WEATHER
  In addition to regular on-site check of your home, a check will be carried out immediately after extreme weather events and there will be immediate updating on any problems.
• DAMAGE RECOVERY
  Updating and support for organizing and repairing any damage under our the supervision of the required workshop following your updating and agreement.
• VENTILATION OF THE RESIDENCE
  During our visit to your home for basic check your house will be ventilated as well as the wardrobes in the rooms, the kitchen cabinets and a special check of indoor spaces will be carried out.   The ventilation of the house with the basic check package will last for two hours, or according to your choice as long as you need.  

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES (SELECTION)

Α) MAINTENANCE MINOR WORKS

• Changing broken bulbs in the house and on the terrace, care- check no water in outdoor lighting.
• Repairs of window frames.
• Plumbing small repairs (cisterns, washers, cleaning of tap filter furring, etc.).
• Cleaning of A/C filters, when required and depending on use.
• Timer settings on watering system machines

Β) WORKS - CHECK

• Organization and supervision of pre-maintenance or refurbishment works, for example painting, repairs, etc. upon a clear written technical and financial approved agreement.
• Heating activation for humidity reasons.
• Care for the use of wastewater disposal tanks and cesspool sealing.
• Visit in the event of an alarm triggered upon a separate special agreement.
• Car and boat control, if parked in the absence of the owner, beyond the holiday period.
• Care and notification of a specialist to deal with any infestation.
• Check of the water tank and filling if required.

GARDENER SERVICE PROVISION

• SURROUNDING AREA
  Overall care responsibility for the garden, balconies and surrounding area.
• CLEANING
  Garden cleaning from wild or dried grass/weeding.
• AUTOMATIC WATERING
  Automatic watering check- settings and battery change. Pipes replace or fix.
• PLANTS PROVISION SERVICE
  Formation of soil in "pits" or "grooves" around the plants, to fully exploit watering as well as plant and branch support.
• PRUNING
  Seasonal pruning - plant maintenance and cleaning of dried leaves in general.

IN CASE OF A ROBBERY

• We can call the police in your area for inspection and registering of any stolen objects.
• We can get in touch with your insurance company and take all necessary action in order for you to be compensated upon your authorization (Power of Attorney).
• We undertake the repair of damages after a video has been taken of doors and windows and any other damages.

We can advise you about a Property insurance plan in case you don’t have one.

SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE

• MAINTENANCE - CLEANING
  Pool cleaning, electrical panel check, chemical placement and purchase whenever required, hoovering and filter cleaning. We can advise our ecological products for use.
• FREQUENCY OF VISITS (UPON CONSULTATION)
  In the months from May to September once per week (or upon agreement). The remaining months once a month (or upon agreement).

HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANCE SERVICES

Provision of a home assistant either to prepare your home before your arrival or to clean it during your stay. We have the possibility, in case you need, to fill your fridge with the products you desire. We take the responsibility for the home assistant arriving and leaving.

PRICES - OFFERS

PRICES OF A BASIC PACKAGE OF SERVICES

From 20.00 € Per month per residence in the city of Kalamata.

Outside of Kalamata the prices are adjusted according to:

• Distance in Km
• House Specifics
• Customer Requirements

* Prices do not include VAT and apply for two visits per month.

OFFERS

• 10% Discount on the total price for a two-year basic service contract.
• 10% Additional discount on the total price for a prepaid contract.
• You will receive two months free of charge for any new customer you will recommend (a new customer who will use our services for at least two years).
